Crystalized honey is still good honey. The fact is that all-natural raw honey will crystalize over time. To de-crystalize, you can place the glass jar in the microwave with the lid off and set it for 30 seconds at a time till liquid. Careful, it gets really hot quickly. You can also place in very warm water of place in a very sunny window that heats up. If you are trying to get the crystalized honey out of the squeeze bottles, its best to use warm water to get the honey out then try the microwave when it's out. The Bottles are not microwaveable that we found out the hard way.
