Shipping Policy
Shipping honey is like shipping a brick due to its weight. We will get the product out within 3 days during the week. If you order wholesale, our sales mgr will call you or email you for the delivery time.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to enjoy your honey. However, some may not enjoy the mixture of varietals of this particular pure honey we offer. We cannot substitute your idea of what honey tastes like based on childhood memories of your grandad's gathering of honey. Ours maybe missing the smoke tastes from smoking the bees away to gather the honey. Anyway, if you are not satisfied, let us know and we will remedy the dissatisfaction.
